Australia
Just saw the film. I am undecided how I should judge it. One thing though, it should not have been called ‘Australia’,.. the title has little to do with the film’s content. What did everyone else think?

I completely agree – ‘Australia’ sounds like one big advertisement for the country, which is not what it is at all. It also suggest you will see a lot more of the country itself. I think if you expect to see a romantic movie, it’s not a bad film at all, but the title really doesn’t suit.

Chris Grayson - Art Director, January 4th, 2009 at 4:54 pmWasn’t it sponsored by the Australian Tourist Board? Baz did some ads as well. It IS one big ad, surely… for Americans. People aren’t so convinced over here it the UK. Loads of people have seen it but the reviews aren’t good.
