Some nice design work over at Alter. The founders are Jono Wallace, a designer who guest lectures at the Monash University Faculty of Art & Design in Melbourne, and Dan Whitford who is the front man for music act Cut Copy.

TANK, based in Melbourne have Launched their new website. “Our focus is brand strategy and visual identity – we try to cut through the bullsh*t and create brands for organistations that are honest about who they are and want to create meaningful communciation with their customers.” This post was submitted by Jim Antonopoulos.

Check out some of Colin Suggett’s Sculptures, ‘The Mickey’ (pictured above) was a finalist in the 2007 McClelland Sculpture Survey & Award, and was subsequently purchased by the gallery for their permanent collection. It addresses the issues of the documented torture in the Guantanamo Bay military prison camp.

The Beastman exhibition in Sydney went down well, there are photos up on the beastman website of the exhibition & work, You can also check out his flickrstream. A few pieces are still for sale ranging fron $80 – $800 AUD.
